Recently, the customized PET/PI three-layer slope flow coating machine from Alliance Machinery has been successfully delivered to the customer's factory in Xiegang, Guangdong. The equipment has been put into place and the on-site installation and commissioning work has officially begun. The entire production line is expected to be completed within half a month, and the whole machine linkage test will be carried out in the future.

1、 High end customized coating production line, suitable for PET/PI functional film production

The 48 meter three-layer slope flow coating machine delivered this time is specially designed for PET and PI film substrates. It adopts a four layer die head three-layer synchronous slope flow extrusion water-soluble coating process, which can complete multi-layer precision coating and drying curing of adhesives, release agents, and functional coatings, and construct micrometer level functional coatings on the surface of the film material.

The equipment is widely used in high-end new material manufacturing fields such as optical films, release films, capacitor films, and protective films.

The entire process flow: unwinding → traction → three-layer slope flow coating → infrared hot air circulation oven → oven outlet correction → secondary unwinding → traction → cooling composite → winding.

2、 Core equipment highlights, achieving micrometer level high-precision coating

✅ Operating performance: maximum mechanical speed of 130m/min, production speed of 120m/min, maximum feeding width of 1600mm;

✅ Coating die: made of 15-5PH precipitation hardened steel, with a hanger shaped semi-circular composite cavity structure, providing strong coating stability;

✅ Process control: The precise tension system is paired with a constant temperature oven, adapted to the high modulus and low elongation characteristics of PET, achieving a coating accuracy of ± 1 μ m;

✅ Strict acceptance standards: set high standards in dimensions such as edge accuracy, dynamic balance of guide rollers, operating noise, and film bonding error rate to ensure long-term stable mass production.

3、 Intensify on-site construction, please stay tuned for completion and trial operation

At present, the professional engineering team of Alliance Machinery is stationed in the customer's factory area, carrying out work such as rack horizontal calibration, pipeline layout, electrical wiring, and unit module debugging in an orderly manner.
